Manufacturing Capabilities
Inside our 9,000-square-foot Zebulon facility, Mekkelek combines old-world woodworking skill with advanced manufacturing technology. Our shop features industrial CNC machining, precision sliding table saws, automated dowel insertion, and edge banding equipment that allow us to fabricate cabinetry and millwork at the highest level of accuracy. We work with domestic hardwoods, veneers, MDF, and laminates to deliver cabinetry in styles ranging from sleek modern slab doors to skinny shaker and traditional raised-panel fronts. Hardware integration includes premium European soft-close systems, lift-up mechanisms, and pocket or retractable door assemblies. Our quality control program ensures every component is inspected, finished, and packaged with care before installation.
